Embedded on Australia's most complex capital programs since 2012 — infrastructure, transport, energy, and resources. Dean has worked on both client and head-contractor sides, which means he understands exactly how the claim you're about to make will be assessed by the other party.
Every KPS engagement is led directly by Dean. There are no juniors briefed on your matter, no account managers between you and the advice. The commercial exposure is yours — the person managing it should be someone who has been there before.
Aaron Wilson
Senior Project Manager
Aaron brings 22 years across heavy industrial, mining, FMCG, infrastructure and building projects, including five years inside BMA in portfolio management, principal project manager and acting superintendent roles across capital works at Moranbah, Dysart and Blackwater.
He works the full width of a project: business case and investment approval documentation, cost estimation and scheduling, tender and contract documentation, then end-to-end delivery and close-out.
